Service Description
Either it's a commuting trip to or from the airport or if you're simply heading to a conference or events and you want to arrive in style or simply enjoy a luxurious and comfort ride, we've got you covered! We have different range of vehicles to suit your needs range from 1 to 10 passengers. Getting you there in comfort in luxury and safety is our goal! Please email or text us with informations below so we can get back to you with a quote and availability. Date & Time for the service required. Number of Passengers + Luggage. Pickup and Destination addresses, for Airport pickups please also provide your flight details. If you'd like extra services such as in terminal Meet & Greet, Child Car Seats etc, please also let us know. Extra charges may apply to these services.


















Cancellation Policy
Please read the following policy carefully before confirming and paying your order. For airport pickups, we provide a free wait time of 1.5 hours after scheduled landing time of your flight. For all other transfers we provide a free wait time of 15 minutes from your booked pickup time. Extra $1 per minute will be charged for all exceeded waiting time. All of our services will need to be paid in full upon booking is made. For cancellation within 7 days prior but over 48 hours to the start time of your booking, 50% of your payment can be refunded. For cancellation within 48 hours prior to the start time of your booking or no show, your full payment is not refundable. For no shows, if passenger is not reachable through their contact number on the booking when the free wait time ends, this booking will be considered as a "No Show" and driver will leave with no refunds. We will try to send you at least 3 messages + 3 phone calls before marking the booking as "No Show". Please be aware that holiday surcharges may apply for all public holidays. Cleaning fees may be applied if passenger made a mess in the vehicle such as vomiting, spilled drink or sauce from food etc. In some situation, amount of cleaning fee won't be determined on the spot. An invoice of the cleaning fee will be sent to the booking email later after service completed.
